BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please provide advance notice. No-shows or missed appointments without notice will require a new deposit before another appointment can be booked. - NO REFUNDS - All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Please note that all listed prices for color services are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on your hair’s length, density, current condition, desired result, and the amount of time and product required to complete your service. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. The fee will be charged to the card on file.
Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before booking another appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable.
